Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Ceremony In Bloom website and any authorised sales channels operated by Ceremony In Bloom UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 GMT will generally be processed the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey, and shipped to available markets worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. All orders are sent via a tracked service and you will receive your tracking number by email upon dispatch.

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to protect fragile fragrance products during transit. Ceremony In Bloom uses thoughtfully designed packaging that reflects the brand's commitment to quality. Where possible, packaging materials are chosen with sustainability in mind.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier's tracking page. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the details provided in Section 8.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, Ceremony In Bloom UK Limited cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or service outages
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays in Turkey or the destination country
- Customs clearance at the destination
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us after 21 business days have elapsed from your dispatch notification. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the parcel's return, we reserve the right to process a refund minus original shipping costs.
